Quick Answers to Common Questions

Who is your CLE approved by?

To ensure our CLE programs meet your needs, we recommend checking the specific sign-up page for the program you're interested in. There, you'll find detailed CLE approval information tailored to each unique program.

As a standard, all Perfectly Paralegal CLE programs are pre-approved by the NALA - The Paralegal Association. Additionally, depending on the program, you may find approvals from other entities as well, such as state-specific legal bodies or professional associations like NALS.

We also work to secure approvals for programs in various jurisdictions, including North Carolina and South Carolina, among others. Plus, many entities recognize and accept NALA credits, adding further value to our offerings.

Should you have any specific questions or need further clarification about our CLE approvals, please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]. We're here to assist you in navigating your CLE requirements with ease.

Are sign up fees refundable?

We understand that flexibility is important. However, due to the immediate access provided to our programs upon registration, we are unable to offer refunds for course sign-up fees. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality content and support for all our participants.

If you encounter any issues accessing your program, we're here to help. Please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] for prompt assistance.

In rare cases where an exception to this policy is granted, please note that a nominal fee of approximately 3% will be retained. This is to cover the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by our credit card processor.

Your understanding and cooperation help us to continue offering valuable, accessible educational content to the paralegal community. Thank you for choosing our programs to advance your professional journey.

Can I pay by check?

We fully understand that many firms and individuals prefer the convenience and record-keeping ease of paying by check. We are more than happy to accommodate this preference.

For those wishing to pay by check, kindly send us an email at [email protected] to request an invoice. We will provide all the necessary details to ensure a smooth and hassle-free payment process.

Your satisfaction and ease of transaction are important to us, and we strive to make your registration experience as accommodating as possible.

How soon can I access the program?

Our goal is to provide you with swift and seamless access to our programs. In most cases, access is instant when you pay online. This means you can dive right into your learning experience without any delay.

For programs that are available as a pre-sale (for events yet to occur), this will be clearly indicated at the top of the respective page. In such cases, access will be granted as soon as the event becomes available.

Choosing to pay by check? We've got you covered there as well. Your access to the program will be activated as soon as we receive and process your check. This way, you can plan your learning journey with confidence, knowing exactly when you'll be able to start.

What format will the program be in?

For our CLE Seminars and similar programs, you will typically receive either a video or an audio recording of the session. We often supplement these recordings with valuable materials like slide show presentations and handouts, conveniently provided in PDF format. It's important to note that for recordings of live events, some background noise inherent to such settings might be present, adding to the authentic seminar experience.

If your choice is more resource-oriented, such as our Time Entry Billing Guide or the Productivity & Time Management Workbook, these materials are usually delivered in easily accessible Word or PDF formats.

Make sure to check the sign-up page of the item you are interested in for full details.

How long will I have access to the program? How long do I have to do the CLE?

We are pleased to offer you enduring access to your student account, which includes all programs you enroll in. This permanent access means you can engage with the CLE material at a pace that suits your schedule, providing the flexibility to learn when it's most convenient for you.

While you have the freedom to complete the CLE at your own pace, we offer technical support for a period of 12 months from your purchase date. To make the most of this support and to ensure a smooth learning experience, we recommend completing your program within this 12-month window. Additionally, prompt reporting of your CLE is advised once you've completed the program.

It's important to note that some CLE credits may have expiration dates. We urge you to check the course sign-up page for any such dates, as we clearly state all relevant CLE information there, including any expiration details. This will help you plan your learning journey effectively and ensure you receive the full benefits of the program.

Will I be provided with a Florida Bar course number?

Unless it is specifically stated on the sign-up page, we generally do not seek approval directly through The Florida Bar because they accept NALA approved CLE for Florida Registered Paralegals. We provide all the information you need to easily apply your CLE to your FRP account.

Account Usage Policy and Group Access Options

Our programs are carefully crafted and priced to offer individualized learning experiences. As such, each purchase is intended for a single user and sharing login credentials is not permitted. This policy ensures that the integrity of the CLE credit system is maintained and that only eligible individuals receive the credits they deserve.

We recognize the effort and resources invested in creating these valuable programs and appreciate your understanding and respect for our non-sharing policy. Adhering to this helps us continue to offer high-quality content at affordable prices.

For those wishing to provide access to colleagues or teams, we're delighted to offer discounted pricing for groups of three or more individuals. This option allows for a collaborative learning experience while ensuring each participant receives proper access and credit. For group access inquiries or to learn more about our discounted rates, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Can attorneys use your programs?

Yes, absolutely! Our programs are open to anyone with an interest in the topics we offer, including attorneys. While we welcome all legal professionals, it's important to note that our programs are not specifically submitted for approval to state bar associations. This is due to the extensive costs and time involved in such processes.

However, most bar associations have provisions that allow attorneys to independently request credit for educational programs. This typically involves submitting a form along with details about the program. While some bar associations may charge a nominal fee for this process, many do not. Please be aware that any such fee would be the responsibility of the attorney.

It's also worth noting that we cannot guarantee the specific amount of credit that any bar association will award for our programs. We encourage attorneys interested in receiving credit to check with their respective bar association for guidelines on self-submission and credit allocation.
